Paula McDonald

Paula found her way into permanent makeup through illness and losing her own eyebrows. When she had them tattooed, that was a turning point in her life. During her illness Paula perfected those drawing skills and spent multiple hundreds of hours getting it right, it was her therapy.

Paula is now a master trainer for Plasma Elite and DermaplaneUK as well as for her own Academy.

Lucy trained in permanent make-up in 2014 coming from a non-beauty background and quickly established a thriving PMU business which has seen her booked up for months in advance for the last 10 years consistently. Lucy’s hard work and passion for all things PMU over the last decade have resulted in her receiving awards for her eyeliner techniques and regularly being sought out to mentor and train other artists. Lucy is a BUPA recognised areola tattooist, regularly receiving referrals from leading breast surgeons, an area of her work she feels very passionately about.
